And why would anyone want the trash you’ve collected and distributed, Dil?

“…or distribute it throughout the neighborhood in everyone’s mail slot.”

Oh! I thought that he was stalking Alice, but it turns out he’s… mmmm… stalking everyone?

That is some bad hair. Is a helmet really necessary for that sort of vehicle?

Oh, good grief! Dill’s helmet hair makes him look a little too much like Ralph Wiggum! If I may quote Alice, ha ha!

I guess Dill thinks very little of everyone.

Dill already has ambitions to commit a Federal crime? The future doesn’t look good for him.

I don’t think Alice is too interested in trash collection or distribution.

Dill is taking total responsibility for garbage through redistribution of the byproducts of wealth, (i.e. disposable income) to the masses. One’s waste does not disappear, hence it must be properly reused and recycled until it returns to its fundamental state. pure star-stuff; we’re all made of it…

Dill is practicing for when he grows up to be a mail man and deliver junk mail.
