Dill: You know those guys in a truck who drive around and "collect" the trash? Dill: They're not collecting trash! They burn it of mash it up and bury it! What kind of a trash collection is that? Dill: When I collect trash, I put it in a nice pile in the yard or distribute it throughout the neighborhood in everyone's mail slot. Alice: Ha ha! Helmet hair!

Dill is taking total responsibility for garbage through redistribution of the byproducts of wealth, (i.e. disposable income) to the masses. One’s waste does not disappear, hence it must be properly reused and recycled until it returns to its fundamental state. pure star-stuff; we’re all made of it…
