My favorite “cool off” beverage is Arizona Iced green tea with ginseng & honey. Never fails, even on the hottest days.

Just plain water mixed with my choice of flavoring. I reuse 32oz Gatorade bottles this way.

If the air is dry, sweating (and staying out of the sun) works great. Of course, so does spraying a bottle of water in your face (or wearing a wet hat).If the air is humid, then forget it. The moisture won’t evaporate. You’ll end up hot and wet, which is miserable.

People have body odor if they do not use deodorant. Even right after they bathe. They smell bad.

Has Paige never tried Mexican or Indian food? Or does she not know how hot those countries get?

A Vietnamese I once shared a kitchen with theorized that cuisines get hotter the closer you get to the Equator. Even within a cuisine, my southern Swedish Johnson side puts allspice in their potato sausage and mustard sauce on lutefisk, while the more northerly Carlsons just salt and pepper the sausage and put melted butter on thevfish.

Bruno got it right: “Don’t sweat it… the need for anti-perspirants is a Madison Avenue invention.” Seriously, are these kids’ nostrils so pure that they can DETECT normal sweat? It’s not like this takes place in a gym, and he’s completely drenched in perspiration. I’ve never, ever, noticed the smell of sweat on another human being. Guess I’m in a lucky minority!
