I read somewhere that this bears on why pharmaceutical companies oppose medical marijuana. Where there is medical marijuana, there’s less abuse of opiate painkillers.
Having a power equipment business, I was nervous when U of M researchers developed a new strain of lawn grasses that didn’t grow beyond about 2" tall.
Fortunately, the grass blades were so stiff if you were bare footed it felt like you were walking on pins and needles…
