No, Buni’s is telling Dadi to turn up the thermostat. That’sthe reason for the penguin gag. They’re used to being in places that are very cold. Also a reason for Dadi to quit drinking so much alcohol. Why? Because it gives your body a false sense of being too warm.

I would think Dadi is too cheap to pay for all that air conditioning…

I think the temperature is so low because Dadi is always portrayed as pretty cold hearted, he’s comfortable in the cold!
