Maybe it’s ‘cause they’re the ones committing crimes; and no sympathy for their victims, of course. The so-called War on Poverty did away with personal responsibility, thanks to the democrats.

If you saw ABC news two nights ago you would know inner city teenagers have no trouble getting computers. They had about 4 videos of snatch and grab thefts.
