Reminds me of one of my all-time favorite “National Lampoon” covers. It showed a little kid dressed up as a ring-master standing before a crowd of other children. They’re in a bathroom, and the ring-master is in front of a shower curtain with a definitely female silhouette behind it. Next to the ringmaster, who’s reaching with cane to grab the edge of the shower curtain, is a sign saying SEE THE WILD, FEROCIOUS MOM!
I think I first heard of Pokemon Go less than 2 weeks ago. I now know more than I ever want to know about it, and see people talking about it all the time. It is harder to avoid than politics.
Maybe I’m a Luddite, but I think I’m glad I only have a phone I can make calls on and text short messages. There’s just too many things to waste your time on! At least when I’m following my cartoons or checking E mail I’m sitting in front of a computer instead of walking around lost in an I phone and stepping in front of cars, running into lamp posts or tripping into fountains…

This is still going on?
As to your point that this isn’t a look back into Rita’s young life: “We don’t believe you, you need more people.”
