This New Yorker “Speedo Limit” Cartoon was published in the year 2000.

They are all different because each cartoonist used a different type of sign – speed, age, and size.

I think something very similar appeared here in Reality Check. I recall the offending person saying, “For your information, it wasn’t a thong when I put it on.”
