Excellent job depicting the snow on the police car in the first panel. I was wondering why the police car would have so much build-up until it was explained in the second. I love the art work in this strip.
Nice color for the snowy night and, nice that he used the red and blue highlights from the squad car.He should have just said out loud what he was thinking. May have got a chuckle from the cop.
