Before I opened the comments forum, I was just sitting here wondering why the heck he was holding tongs…. and whether I should call the Monkey…cos I doubt Gary ever has a permit.
I remember when the Sheriff shut down his mining operation for that reason…
… and yet, I thought, here he is with another sidewalk business.
But no. Now I get it.Hey…maybe he’s stealing hats so the coffee club can wear something a little more mainstream…and finally show themselves in public.
But… um… Gary…..those are ladies’ hats!
And of course, NOW I have to call the Sheriff for a different reason.MONKEY!!!This time Gary’s snatching hats!

Their records indicate the during the time Rowan & Martin’s Laugh-In was on the TV (1968 -1973) you were in the habit of, shall we say, self-medicating. This could possibly explain how you confused Ruth Buzzi (Gladys Ormphby) (Left) and Lily Tomlin (Ernestine) (Right). With those very similar hair styles I can understand how you might confuse them in your altered state.
