This is not ‘funny’. As a person with a real handicapped placard I have found it difficult to park sometimes because of non-handicapped people using the handicapped bays.
I solved a couple of the problems by not using a placard at all; I bought handicapped license plates. I don’t need to worry about forgetting to remove it from the mirror and nobody drives my car but me.

Paul: I have seen people with “real” handicapped placards and their handicap is totally MENTAL! I think their Dr. proscribes them like pills.

Uh… lighten up people. It is pretty obvious that Winnie has a legitimate handicap… she just put the wrong thing up on her car mirror.
