Huh? Are they there to be Boo’s advocates and support a harsh sentence? Or are they inexplicably there to support Barry?

It’s easy to get excused from school, in mid-August.

For those who were waiting, that is clearly a shower scene in P1.

Oh I miss those high school days when we used to skip class to go to a good court sentencing.

Finally, our ticket out. With the whole team at the hearing on a game day, they’ll all be suspended for the game ending any chance for 2nd in The Valley. On to Milford CC, a couple of days at the lake introducing the new star football players and then practice. It would be nice to get that quick gratuitous shot of Mimi in a bikini poolside too.

Almost certain that is B supporting character Mike Grainger in P2. Once this riveting plot crests, like a small ripple meeting Milford Lake Beach, Grainger will be promoted to the A team. Get it, got it, good.

Dug out a couple of old Berrill Gil Books a month ago while I sat out this story line. Huge contrast between the two and each has its merits and warts and as I post this race walking in Rio is on the tube…. Pretty much sums up my summer. I’m heading to the bucket!Archie

Two days in a row with the almost anachronistic “Mr. Bader”. Do kids still refer to other kid’s parents as “Mr./Mrs. X”?

…R & W, for the love of Herk, enough of this story! Can we get to Milford CC for just a few holes? So tired of this, I can’t even muster up any energy to slam the Whiz.Off the rails, Rex Morgan is more exciting!

Wait, what? Just out of the blue the kids who hate the Baders and are shunning the kid decide to attend Mr. Bader’s court appearance for support? (There’s no way they are going there to boo the defendant.) With no speech from Tru(e) or Gil? Gil only talked to Tru(e) who basically ignored Gil. I don’t get it.And speaking of not getting it, you are not getting MUT today or tomorrow. I’m about to leave for The Cadillac, Michigan area for a trail marathon tomorrow. Of which, I only had 6 weeks of “training” due to an achilles problem I had a couple of months ago. But on the bright side, there is an 80% chance of thunderstorms, so this should be brutal. So look for MUT on Sunday night or Monday, assuming I survive.

You know I just had a thought. They may be doing this on purpose trying to get even with us. They figure sooner or later we’ll get so bored with it we quit railing them here.

I also hope that at the end of this story, when football season starts, the first panel will say something like "And three months later … "

Day 133: I found myself finding that “Mary Worth” was even more interesting than this story arc. Could “Apartment 3-G” be that much farther behind? The descent into sheer madness is complete

@Ellisburkes: I think you’re confused. It was Del “Shannon” the Loved Calendar girls. Each and every day of the year. Del Bader is abot to learn: you can get hurt,-er-er-ert. You can get hur-er-er-ert – drivin around after Gin and a squirt.
