Who turned the volume up to eleven?

Good luck sleeping now.

Good Morning, Lightenup, Little Sister, Tanya, Pamlicort, MontanaLady, Lonewolf, Sir Lew, Grog, WoodEye, Gweedo and Everyone

Their alarm clocks sounded off way too early.

The natives are restless this evening…

And then suddenly the party started.

Good Morning, Gweedo Murray, Ladywolf, Lightenup, ♠Lonewolf♠, LuvH8, Tanya & everyone else!

At least it WAS lovely!

Beats the sirens, trucks & trains…

Individually, it was great, but cacophonous all together. QUIET!!!!!!!!, I can’t sleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep!

A classic example of too much of a good thing!

those wacky Teenagers……they turn up the volume every chance they get!

If the music’s too loud, you’re too old.

Sounds good to me on a summer evening, but when the katydids join in, it’s a gentle reminder that fall will soon be here, sigh!

I’m concerned about the “Rustle, rustle”!

Fritzoid, I’d say the same may also be true if you can’t hear the music.

To me, that would be a great lullaby.

When I’m on the phone in our dining room during the summer, the frogs are so loud that people on the other end of the conversation ask if I’m outside. LOL. (I love it!)

Not so gentle when there are no other noises, eh?

So much for peaceful!
