Throwback.

Throwbacks are good. Thursdays are a good day. Seattle isn’t anywhere near any of those locations. We’ve been sporting facial hair regularly a long time in these parts. Please rectify.

“Flashback Friday” might make more sense in terms of story arcs.Sundays are often stand-alones anyway, but imagine an arc starting Monday and ending Friday, but with an odd break on Thursday. Makes no sense.Plus, a “Flashback Friday” would give you successive days off.

Thursdays are the days that I have the least time to go through my email. I get back from town extremely late on those days. It’s fine for me to be a day behind in reading the comics. I’m not really that particular about which days are the days off. “Throwback” days are good if the comics that are posted are too old to remember.

Classics on the days off, for sure. Make it successive so you can actually go somewhere or do something more than trivial…

Wednesdays and/or Thursdays would be a a good break time I think. Fridays are days you want to use for cliffhangers or launching peoples weekends, not for throwbacks that make for a lackadaisical start for a day. Great having you back Dan!

Can we be greedy and get “Flashback Friday” AND “Step back Saturday?” ;)

I like keeping the two non-current days together because it keeps the throwback strips from interrupting any current storyline. going “current-current-throwback-current” is likely to confuse some people.

I like rwillatpatbar’s Flashback Friday idea. It makes more sense, especially if you really need the Saturday off.

One repeat comic per week, whichever day your other viewers choose, is fine by me. “Flashback Friday” DOES have a nice ring to it.

BTW, I really enjoyed viewing last year’s repeat of Beardo’s first year, since I missed it the first time around. I’m going to ask for the whole 5 years for Christmas.

Take Wednesday off – You work hard and will probably never get the pay you deserve.

Flashback Friday sounds good, because as StevenJames said, it won’t break up the current story line. And definitely take the Sabbath off — that’ll give you two days off in a row. You deserve it.
