“We’re supposed to cut down a (possibly diseased) tree – which one is it?”“I don’t know – we’d better cut down all of them, to contain the spread”

I’ve done it too….but Maizing that’s when a friend told me that also. So now I am more careful…our area color coded them, so I found out the “color codes”.

In PA, USA, our State Foresters take care of that. I also work in one of their “sister” agencies so I know the Bureau of Forestry fairly well for over 30 years. TRUST ME, they don’t just “wiily nilly” cut down the trees. They KNOW what they are doing.

Dry and DustyGenerally true, but if there are a bunch in a straight line, they want to put in another road.

In any case, it will be the tree “fellers” who will come.
