    What I like about this strip is its near perfect depiction of a corporate mogul, if one of the more intelligent ones. And yes, I know that last phrase is an oxymoron.

    The punchline, I think, lies in that Barney assumed Clyde’s statement as statement of fact and not passing judgment, which is Clyde’s actual intent.

    Clyde claims to not care about money and yet he talks about it all the time. Mostly about Barney’s money! He’s been offered a good job by Barney and he refused to accept it!!!
