beviek – sweet first three pictures. Reminded me of the day Mocha was adopted, grew and Grew. The three pound kitten is now 14 pounds and probably would have a hard getting through the pet door. But, he is the most loving, cuddly cat especially when one of us is ailing.

I have a proxy bid on a wheelchair accessible minivan being auctioned off by the state of Washington.Depending on what happens in the next couple of hours i might take a trip up to Tumwater to look at it myself.

Please, everyone, think good thoughts about me.I could use the karma boost right now.

Beviek, Bbear, great pics today (as usual). Bev, my favourite was the cat coming through the cat door. Bbear my favourite of yours was the Siamese before a sneeze!

The cats are going to a lot of trouble just to bonk the dogs on the head. Beviek – great pictures. If that cat going through the cat door is going in to eat, he will never get out again. bbear – love the pictures. The cat and the squirrel is really cute. Happy – good luck. I hope it works out for you.

Great stuff today everyone. Needed the pick me up. I think one of the kittens I am fostering has a badly injured eye. Headed to the vet. It was a long night, I have never heard a cat scream like that, heart breaking. Don’t know how he injured it, but was due for the vet today anyway from a previous injury to the same eye. Cannot keep the cone of shame on him. He gets it off every time. Trying to save an eye here.

    Let you know what happens

I may have to stay up late again, it is so nice getting to sleep before 12, but then that gets me here way too late in the morning, most of you have had your coffee and left……..in case somebody is still hanging around..NO DOGS ALLOWED!

I did some volunteer work at the local shelter yesterday.Playing with kittens, mostly. One adult cat that i did play with was seriously obese. Very much felt sorry for it. I don’t understand how that happens with pets.I don’t know what its story is but its still looking for a new home. Hopefully it will get one that has a human with the sense not to over feed.22 lbs in a cat that is not a Maine Coon is far, far too much.Seriously, this poor thing is round.

@bbear, I envy who ever has the cat with the squirrel :) I’m able to keep my dog from hurting them while I feed them but he wouldn’t lay still for one to be that close :( few of them I hand nuts to are so gentle I can imagine haing one like in your pix.

I can really identify with the cat on a mission to get out of bed and the one who volunteers to leave work early.

Being a dog in the Ten Cats universe is not a good thing.

My dog would be dumb enough to fall for this. When it comes to food he loses all common sense

My Christopher is 8 today…we’ve had him almost 5 years.

@Queen…Chris adopted one of the beautiful doggie pads you made for my Maxie!’ He knew the red would show off his beautiful long tuxedo coloring. LOL

Thank you for my daily escape from the rest of media bombardment. Lately I’m hitting a low from all the negativity and vitriol that slams me every time I turn on the tv or go on the internet. I need the cute, sassy cat pictures and the stories from your lives.
