    Look closely at that cart, sometimes it changes to a store chain that never existed in that same spot. Also sometimes there is less or no rust on it as that section passes through several close parallel lines. One of the seemingly boring but on closer inspection, weirdness of the District of Columbia.

    Close observation of everyday life in the throbbing metropolis. Some call it the basis of great literature. Some call it boring. Others make cartoons out of it….
