Safety strap is too high in relation to his body belt. He needs to straighten his legs. I don’t see straps for his hooks, so with the missing steps, how did he get up there?(I know, I know but I couldn’t help myself. I mean, I did this for a living) .
Our grandson works for BGE. During training, they play catch, tossing the ball to each other to teach them to trust their equipment. He said he wasn’t good at catch, but he was the best pole-climber on the crew.
Worked for a communications company in NJ during college. When they found out I could drive a stick shift and had no fear of heights I became The Antenna Man. I looked down on everyone!

Pole climbing seems to be a lost art around here. Everyone has a lift bucket.
