You could blame Obama. Or Trump.

Why? it’s obvious that Putin is responsible.

We need to assign blame to the true culprits: Chinese hackers.

Blame?Here in California, we’d be wondering where we should send the thank you card.

Well, ok, at this time of year we hope it waits till the grape harvest is over…but we’re really hoping for rain again this year.

I never noticed how much this guy resembles Monty. It’s sort of eerie, really.

Meanwhile, it was warmer throughout the flooding in the South and Midwest than it was in California during the drought, at which time it usually dropped below seventy degrees Fahrenheit at night. Droughts are not caused by heat, though warming is a by-product of aridity. Aridity, low atmospheric water volumes, are the cause of droughts.

As I suspected. Monty enjoys being a Pompous Ass! What a performance that was, too! Very entertaining, if not convincing. Let’s take it again, from the top of panel 3. And, ACTION!

Hermine was a bust here in SE CT. We’re longing for a good soaking rain, and all we got were some gusty winds. And the USS Truxton (DDG 103) in port at New London to escape the storm.

I get his point. Anytime there’s weather beyond the definition of ‘Normal’ it’s because ‘Climate Change’. That’s pretty much a catch all for everything.
