Took me awhile to get this one. Am I to understand it’s not official until Dad yells at Elliot, too? We don’t have that in our house because I’m the first to yell if I see a phone.

I’m guessing it wasn’t an issue for Peter until it became his problem with Peg. Elliot knows for a rule to be enforceable their must be a consensus.
