If one were given to reflection, which most of us aren’t, it would be obvious that the articles in the newspaper never change. They are all basically one article with the names and places swapped about a bit. The only place in the paper where things are new and original, where the air is clean and the breezes blow free, is the comics. The comics change, their characters do different things. Occasionally they are funny (hence the name). Thank you Jesus for the comics and thank you Dana for drawing them. Stay the course.
And thank you guys for reading them! Incidentally, I was just walking through Farragut Square the other day and remembered his ‘damn the torpedos’ line.

The same could be said of the Internet – 20 times a day.

Feel free to use it, Farragut won’t mind.
