Kids are dumb….and homicidal.

Kids can kill trolls. And they have little idea of life and death so they make perfect soldiers.

Well, another good reason not to lie to kids.Little did they know there really was an early morning troll.That is why it’s so hard for adults to wake up early.The Troll still lurks in our sub conscience !

Something like thirty years ago I had a German woman explain the difference between her family and my family. She said her kinder knew there was a monster under the bed, and that when the light was on it would stay hidden, but that when the light was off they needed to keep hands and feet on top of the bed.

I guess I hesitated a bit too long and she gave me a glare and informed me that “there are monsters under the bed in America, too, but here the monsters fear for their lives if they are seen.”

I’m more terrified than annoyed now.

Was the troll there because it was early in the morning, or was it there because the boy believed his father? We must be careful how we speak to our children…
