Much to my surprise, “Megabus” actually exists. And it has a stop in my state, less than four hundred miles from my house. Probably less than three hundred, definitely more than two hundred.
I live in a small city, and public transportation here is practically useless. I can take a bus to a grocery store, but I’d have to wait three hours for the next bus. I’m lucky, though; I only have to walk half a mile to the nearest bus stop (and half a mile home uphill carrying my groceries).

When I try to read or concentrate on something while riding a vehicle in motion, I get nauseous with motion sickness and tend to throw up.
