On a serious note depression should not be taken lightly. Here at Snow Sez… we can laugh about all kinds of things. However, if you or someone you know is experiencing depression don’t hesitate to reach out to someone and get treatment. There’s no longer a stigma about it. In fact, people who seek help, I have great respect for their courage. Too many people suffer in silence and feel alone. But you are not alone. Millions of people of all classes, race, status, etc. suffer from depression. Sometimes it’s a mental health issue and other times it’s a symptom of an underlying physical illness. Regardless, know that many people want to help you and/ or your loved ones. Every life matters. There IS HOPE. Reach out to someone today.
