I buy zucchini in the grocery store…

Pop it in the cannon and use it as ammunition against the green pirates.

I actually like zucchini and eat quite a bit of it; in breads, in salads, fried, pickled, etc.

As much? How about none at all, Charley. Do more tomatoes. They may come in handy.

Zucchini is good. Try it fried in bread crumbs with marinara sauce as a dip. Good eatin’!

Ah Zucchini, no taste, no nutritional value, but you can add it to anything or add anything to it.

great. i don’t cook, now Grog wants me to try gardening. and me with a perfectly good brown thumb. sigh

Maybe Alice’s grandmother can throw zucchini instead of deviled eggs.

My neighbor grew too much zucchini years ago. She didn’t realize that they grew like cucumbers. After many donations and cooking zucchini until I was literaly green, we would lock the doors and stay shhh quiet when we saw her walking down the road. :-D

Perhaps they could load them into the cannon and bombard the Green Ship?

Squash kind of sucks, but with beans & corn, can feed a civilization. Why do you think they invented chili peppers.

@ Gweedo Murray: I like it raw, I said in salads. I also like it raw, dressed with a little olive oil and pepper or a good vinaigrette.
