Turbines, Anubis, not turbans.

Spinning in circles put the Dervishes into a mystic state; dizzy.

So why did they spin in circles?

Why do they? Google it. And they don’t wear turbans. Sikhs wear turbans.

I think the whirling dervishes spun around to put themselves into a kind of trance as part of their worship.

I thought Anubis would say something about the canine habit of turning three times before lying down.

Anubis may be technically wrong. But I think he’s on to something! Maybe the dervishes could be hooked up to generate power….
