Okay… this time it is close to dawn… but not here on the west coast.
Before I go to bed, I want to post my solution for you.
I just would like to say… one time only…
this is my best shot, and will be, presumably from here on out.
This time, I had a chance to check with the former semi-anonymous animation-solution-maker PERFECTIONISTA, who also solved it on her own… and we agree on the differences.
I “circled” them as best I could. Right now I use rounded squares.
I mark all the differences in the second panel, to make it easier to count… even if one is more obvious in the first panel.
This time, I put some little arrows indicating the direction something would have to move to be where it was in the first panel.
I may not always have time for those, but I’ll try… unless you guys think it’s confusing.
I’ll do my best…. and if I have a question I’ll try to contact the PERECTIONISTA or even Stel (cough) or Nighthawks…
But there is NO guarantee that any human is always going to be right!
A gif, OTOH, is always correct, because it’s not an __opinion…_
If something moves, it’s different.
But as I said before… it has problems of its own when there are different counts or interpretations.
Nobody connected with this strip or this puzzle is paid anything…
Everything, even, I’m sure, the cartooning, is done for fun… and out of appreciation for YOU, the lovely readers.
So please… if you have a suggestion about my solution format, or think you see a mistake… PLEASE tell me… but kindly.

Saturday Non Solution
1. Top panel: C&C on Claude’s shirt is for Cleo & Co.. Bottom Panel: C&C is for Cold-blooded & Cancel.
2. Top: TV is showing a rerun of yesterday’s animated C&C strip. Bottom: If you fall off a cliff call 911, not these guys.
3. Top: Claude’s eyewear available for purchase at sʜᴇʀᴘᴀ sᴜᴄᴋᴇʀs sʜᴏᴘ. Bottom: Claude’s eyewear available at ʙʀʏᴀɴ’s sᴛᴜᴅᴇʙᴀᴋᴇʀ ɢʀᴀᴠᴇʏᴀʀᴅ & ғɪɴᴇ ᴀʀᴛ ɢᴀʟʟᴇʀʏ.
4. Top: Evil Cat Next Door is just offstage plotting sneak attack. Bottom: Evil Cat Next Door is at @katina.cooper’s place leaving not-so-subtle message in planter.
5. Top: Z signifies Cleo is asleep. Bottom: Z signifies Cheapskate C&C producers refuse to pay writers to come up with something actually funny to put in word balloon.
6-9. Highly technical. Only MontanaLady, who employs HaHaHaHa to great effect; Perkycat, who is pleased I’ve put Barkie Howladay to rest (yet again); SusanSunshine, who is safe from fire for now (thank Gaia); and the mysteriouskatina.cooper, who has been warning us about the Evil Cat Next Door and the Evil GoComics’ Suits, will understand.

We only take pleasure in the misfortune of others if we feel justified. Don’t ask how we get that feeling - even we’re not entirely sure.

I’m here, Dennis!
And it isn’t near dawn… sniffle… though I can’t help being late…
It’s been worse during quarantine…
but I try extra hard on Friday nights…
because Saturday is another “International Find The Nine Differences Day!”
It’s celebrated every week…
in the “CLEO and COMPANY”… today’s version being the Sept 12th 2020 strip… on Sherpa. This one seemed a bit harder than some…. so while you CAN do it on Sherpa…
of course, I recommend copying it from my side by side version….
https://i.postimg.cc/Rh0tKLmS/Cleo-nine-differences-Sept-12th-20.png
and pasting it into Paint. or your drawing program of choice…
so you can circle or otherwise mark the differences.
Later you’ll have a chance to compare with my solution.
Aren’t the teeny TV heroes adorable?

Nancy just snickers, “I looove you Gary”
