Blartholemew has gotten a lot better at impersonating Dakota, but the fact that she would never do this somehow eluded him.

Why should Phoebe be kind to Dakota, Marigold, when Dakota isn’t nice to Phoebe at all?

Take notes Dakota. I hope that’s a lesson to you. I use to be forgiving like that, but mostly due to the lack of malice I use to have. Let’s see for how long they can keep that Dakota rhyme.

Marigold is a good friend. And Phoebe wouldn’t be human if she didn’t give a LITTLE of her own back to Dakota.

Dana, I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the way you let Phoebe be a little girl, but always manage to gently work in the “should be” as well. There are too many examples abroad that give children license to behave badly. Thank you for being better than that while offering great stories!

It is hard not to hit back when the bully comes to call.

I’ve got a feeling the next rhyme will be “Phoebe, Phoebe, smells like wee-wee.”
