It's Frankenstein! Actually, it's not, Frankenstein is the name of the doctor who created the monster. The monster is just called the monster it's a common misconception but... Known it all bad!
My recollection might be faulty, but I don’t think the creature was “named” Adam. I know the creature said something along the lines of “I am your Adam” to Dr. Frankenstein, but he was just drawing a creature/creator analogy to Adam/God as opposed to pronouncing his name.
