I stayed home while sick at his age. Tv and soup. Best days ever- no teachers or parents! Nowadays, he will be shown as far too young. I know I stayed home sick before age 10.

I agree with @masnadies and with @circleM I was perfectly content to be home sick, alone.

Oh, the drama! I’m surprised he doesn’t have one arm draped across his forehead. I can remember my own son Mike doing exactly this.

I had no idea man flu affected boys as well.

I’m still not convinced this kid is actually sick, but he’s old enough to stay home by himself. He’s laying that guilt on Mom REAL thick. If she leaves, he better not get into any kind of mischief…
