It dawns on me that “Miss Chris” might be Mr. Chris! What a cool plot twist. Either way, s/he’s a better romance pick for poor Rover than that nasty Hooger was.
I love to return daily for this positive slice of life, with universal themes and commonplace situations, I must say! Great artwork, too.
As nearly as I can tell, the LAST time that it was even mentioned that Walt and Skeezix always took an annual walk in the woods, was back in 2008. I don’t know whether you need to be a genius to read the “shared” collections or not, but I DID make up a collection of Wallet family times together, which included all of the walks in the woods which I could find at the Go Comics site, In case anyone wants to look it up, I called the collection - A Walk Down Memory Lane with the Wallet Family. Let me know if anyone else can enjoy this one!
