Funny thing is, Rover didn’t fool around. He would have if he could have, though. He was trying to favorably impress Miss Chris. If he had favorably impressed Hoogy by, oh, maybe trying to get an actual job his situation might be a bit different than it is.
But now, we have a guy being hung out to dry for a thing he didn’t do, but which the photo makes it look like he did.
