Actually, I would argue that almost all cafes offer all-day brunch menus. They don’t really offer dinner faire, the portions aren’t suggestive of lunch, and the offerings don’t ring true for breakfast, either.
Unless you keep a different schedule than the majority of the populous. Like say for instance you work nights… then the time of day you might have brunch is significantly odd when compared to say, a banker.
