Actually, you’ve missed a lot…..

GoComics has clamped down on those of us who have so enjoyed posting pictures, putting in links,

doing special formatting, and writing long posts….

All no longer allowed…..

though we can still do bold and italics…

and they did increase the character limit to a fairly reasonable amount, after an outcry.

But, for instance, we cant post an Avant Gauche, or link to an earlier strip…

No more small or large text…. strike through, underline…. there were a bunch….

We had to figure out new ways to do line breaks.

Some people have already left in protest….

Beviek hasn’t been here ….

The forums in general are half deserted because so many people are unhappy.

There were some who complained about pictures and long comments…

A few are gloating now…but the place just isn’t the same….

and .more change is supposed to be on the way.

I work out at a gym that offers 2 levels of membership, a white card, and a more comprehensive black card level. I pay the extra amount each month so I can get the black card. GC should do similarly, allow PRO members to post links, pictures, whatever, and those not PRO to post comments under current restrictions.

I left my comment on the Avant Gauche facebook page.

For heaven’s sake Tony, don’t mention your Patreon page. It may be considered spam. Take heed from the disclaimer under the submit button.

Squirrels have plenty to worry about where i live, Aug.1st to Feb.15th it’s open season on squirrels, I don’t eat them but a lot of my friends do. You have to shoot the young ones, the old one’s are too tough and stringy.
