Let’s keep all of the traditional idiocy alive! Fond “memories” of razor blades in apples, pins in candy bars, chocolates made of Ex-lax, etc. Granted I’ve never seen a report of any of these, but a friend of a neighbor’s third cousin from a couple states over heard a story about something like this happening back in 1954!

My father (radiologist) x-rayed Halloween candy for decades and Never found anything harmful.
