    I Thought everyone knows, you don’t bend over- you squat down! Unless of course you have 2 bad knees & can’t get up again either way!

    I found a 14-leafed clover once, but had no means of preserving it. They were all stacked neatly on top of a standard three-leaf variety, with one stem.

    This plugger has bought several of those “grabber arms” and that helps prevent that problem. Actually, it isn’t my back, as much as my muscle disorder that makes it impossible to get back up, if I don’t have something to push or pull on.
