Our local McDonalds just installed these touch-screen order stations that are feet away from the cashier. It’s so awkward ordering with the machine while the McDonald’s employee is standing there waiting for someone to order from her.

Junior’s right about learning to use apps, but for the wrong reason. Why wait in line when they’re busy if you can use your phone to order and have them bring it to you at your table.
