Eno: I don't like how this day is starting.
I haven’t seen a toaster with a spring like that since “I Love Lucy”!
It must have been the bran.
Must of plugged it in the 220 circuit.
Remdinds me of a Katherine Hepburn movie.
It must be monday morning.
But you can “simmer” better with electric than with gas.
Grog yes, except Katherine Hepburn (and I believe Cary Grant) looked much better together in the kitchen.
Actually cleo, now that I’m awake, I think I was referring to the kitchen scene in Woman of the Year co-starring Spencer Tracey.
Your day is bad? The guy upstairs just had two slices of toast blast up through the floor!

Grog was that scene from Woman Of The Year? A great movie. I knew it was one of those two gentlemen, but my mind was thinking of Grant. I am sure that I am remembering the same scene as you but I just flubbed up.
That kitchen is so Fang and Eno - 1970’s pink countertops. I love it.
To clark kent - Get a glass top electic stove, that doesn’t happen with them. But i do miss a gas stove, they do cook better.
That ceiling is toast! (sorry.)
