Please Doctor Strangetoon, there is a world of difference between politicians and cartoon characters, and I for one am insulted that you’d compare the two in such fashion. Besides, cartoon characters are way more believable.

I guess only a comic/animation nerd would identify the characters by their feet (GUILTY AS CHARGED), although “BC” could either be Peter, Thor, Clumsy Carp, or Curls, since they all appear identical from that vantage point.
By the way, I’ve never heard of “Hanna-Barbara Palsy,” but I know what you mean. Those jerking heads are about the only thing that moved in 90% of those awful cartoons from the 1960’s, 70’s, and 80’s. Giving it a medically-sounding condition is pretty hilarious.
