I once knew a guy who didn’t pay any taxes between 1954 and his death in 1986. Of course, he left a mess for his widow.

Personally, I would have used the "Grim Reaper in place of the guy in black.

I first thought the man in the top hat was a lawyer and it made little sense until it dawned on me that was the undertaker.
