Just shoot all the housewives of cartoonland. I’m sick of the insult the male crowd. It stopped being funny when Sonny and Cher broke up. Help[less house males don’t exist any more in reality land. Get a new gig, baby.

^Agreed. I can and do all those things that my wife does – we are both perfectly capable of making it on our own quite well. This cartoon is about a generation and a half too late.

Thank you freeholder1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My wife works and I have been cut to 12 hrs per week, so guess who does the laundry, cleans house, fixes dinner, home repairs, mows the lawn……….. She still won’t let me pay the bills!

I know the feeling, Yukon. Keep busy and pray they call you back. It’s colder than your name out in Unemploymentland. Among the positives is the time off to recuperate and the joy of actually getting the things done around the house that you’ve been meaning to do for years.

freeholder1, cdward, and Yukoneric: (a) Lighten up, it’s a cartoon. (b) I know guys like this; yes, they do exist. (c) Gary & Lance make fun of women just as much as men, and at no point do they make fun of more than one or two people at a time (out of 6½ billion). Get a sense of perspective, already.

To many of us, dying and going to the mall are just about the same.
