True story: when my son was 11 months, we dressed him up to go out with his big sister, and took a pennies for United Way box for him. I stuck him in his stroller, and whenever her bucket became too heavy she’d dump it in the carry basket underneath. Considering one neighborhood house was giving out cans of soda… I was glad I had that along. But when we got home there was at least 10 lbs of candy under there.
