Reminds me of The Brady Bunch Movie, where Mike was trying to sell building ideas based on his 1970s-style house.

His outlook (LOL) makes me doubt that his designing skills are alike. He has those specs supporters (how are those called?) too long and below his ears. Maybe the supporting sills of the house he has designed (at the background) are also below that element they suppose to carry? And that’s why there is that growing crack now. Does that “unlimited” in his company name mean that anyone could join in his architect team? It’s like a “pop up” architect office? I would order him to design a chicken shack just for fun. Just to see what develops. Of course better ask his price first…

I think the choice is between – an expensive house that’s unique – a cheap house that falls down – a cheap house that looks like neighbors
