Anyone else watch “The Great Pumpkin” last week and notice that Snoopy’s dance had been cut from the show?

And ever since he got laid off from MetLife everyone says he’s too old.

He worked there for, what, thirty something years, shouldn’t he have a pension?

so he should make a good candidate for the CEO role – especially as he has already stolen the colours

It’s possible that the internet is running really slowly tonight…..

it looks like the strip might be still in its early stages.

Maybe it was intentional, but if not,

by the time the rest of you guys get here in the morning,

the final inking and the color may have arrived,

and you’ll wonder what I’m talking about.

I have the Great Pumpkin on VCR “tape”.Both nice and sad that I can watch anytime.Exciting that I can share with new family members.Sad missing the anticipation of watching live on TV (and the Dolly Madison cakes and pies commercials).

When salesmen came over for help from us technicians, they asked questions that made us amazed that they could get dressed. That is the reason that most of them wear slip on loafers. Then they go to meetings with buyers with the same skills level and bring in several years of work contracts.

Would have been funny to have Snoopy thinking “Good grief.”

Hey, he has a good skill set. He is well versed in international travel. He is a pilot, mainly old bi-wing airplanes. He knows France and Germany. He is culturally knowledgeable in foreign affairs. He has agricultural skills (mainly pumpkins). And he is an accomplished baseball player. Limited skill set indeed!!

Why does everyone keep writing about Snoopy’s Met Life gig? That was for the whole cast. The commercial I saw most often had Charlie Brown and Lucy, so they’re out that job too.

Scott… I figured it was one early stage or another…Just kinda liked the fantasy of slow internet delivery.

It IS packets, after all. And when you order several items, sometimes the packages don’t all arrive in the first shipment.

And yeah… I still say “rats” cos of Peanuts…And I also credit Schulz for my “sigh…”

    Scott…. me too!

I mean, I don’t think I was actually confused, probably cos I was older than you….

but I chose to think they were saying “Sigh….” as a word …. and I still do.

I also post it all the time on the comics.
