Woman: Did you wash your hands before you dug into that? Man: No need. The grease from the "Bucket o' cluck" forms a protective barrier on the surface of your hands, so germs don't touch the chicken.
For those not getting the word on church dinners, there was a Church’s Fried Chicken place a few blocks away. Not to give a specific commercial, it was called “ecclesiastical poultry”. It finally got to the point when everyone brought something, the pastor bought a box, just to maintain tradition.
