Dad, why don't you play video games? I used too! Frogger, Pac-Man, Galaga... I meant good ones. Real ones. Well, Toby said he wanted to teach me how, once... Turns out he'd wanted to just beat me over and over again. Wouldn't even tell me what the controller buttons were each for... Ah, I miss the good times!

yeah, give me a joystick (or mouse) and I’m fine. I never did learn how to use the newer “controllers.”

This one’s for my kids who used to beg me to play video games with them… and then wouldn’t say one darn word about how those squiffy controller thingies worked and would blow me up and laaaaaauuuuuugh… And then couldn’t understand why I didn’t keep trying. Telling them, “Because I don’t care enough about this game to put time and energy into it” seemed awfully negative, so I said that I had a cartoon to draw.
