Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas Nevada the famous Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas sign is actually in Paradise, Nevada. Hello, mate! Texas native Lisa Alamia awoke from jaw surgery speaking with a British accent- a neurological disorder known as foreign accent syndrome. Froggy a boo-boo! A frog in Australia was airlifted 800 miles for treatment after being accidentally run over by a lawnmower.

To we Americans, The Aussies can seem pretty crazy. After working with some of them for a while, I found that they are really great people.

I think the reason for that is that Vegas isn’t exactly paradise.

Put it back on the lawn for fertilizer.

Was mowing a weed patch one time with a tractor pulled mower, and a clump of feathers came out the back! First clue a hen was sitting on a nest in the weeds! Not much left of the hen, but no wheels hit the nest. so the eggs were placed under another hen that hatched them.

Google knows me too well. I typed “foreign a” and “foreign accent syndrome” was the first suggestion.

I feel bad for those fried frog legs I ate for lunch at a local restaurant. No kidding.

Changing the way someone speaks after surgery is a strange thing.Makes me wonder how languages work like that or how the brain can work like that.
