ElDo Disc Golf: “The Zenith of Creation….all downhill from this point on…”
Not quite. Human achievement spikes again around 1600 AD when Shakespeare debuts “Hamlet”, and again in 1778 when Arthur Guinness switches his focus from ale to stout. But other than that…sliced bread, the domestication of the dog… Yeah, I guess they’ve gone about as far as they can go.
ElDo, personally I think “Hamlet” is BETTER than sliced bread, better than the moon landing, better than pretty much anything except the harnessing of fire. If the human race destroys itself tomorrow and leaves behind no trace of our existence except a text of “Hamlet”, when the alien archaeologists get here they’ll still be mighty impressed (I’m assuming they’ll be able to translate it somehow).
Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland … coupled with advice she followed from “the father” have caued her and many like her to lose their lives… after suffering a long physical disability. And apparently this women followed the advice!

Yeah Fritz, but you can’t have a Hamlet sandwich without the bread. And no Fortinbras without the prop department.
