Anyone thinking of the “SpongeBob” episode where SpongeBob, Patrick, and Squidward are playing in a cardboard box?

Is Lizzie’s friend here the one who grows up to have a punk haircut and has an aunt who (in the future) gets mugged?

I have an old doll that could talk an sing. The trick is a tiny record player in her back. She used to be my favorite when I was a child. And yes, I do still have some of the tiny plastic records.

I LOVE those do nothing dolls. They are the most fun!!

The doll that listens to all of her secrets and never, ever blabs them to anyone.

I have a book of Christmas Sears catalog toys from the years 1950 – 60. Lots of dolls I had when I was young. You do forget about a few you had until you see the pictures of them again! It is a great walk down memory lane for Baby Boomers like me. There are also books of toys from the catalogs for 70’s-80’s for you later bloomers. Boy’s toys and girl’s toys are separate books. They make good gifts. They are out of print now, but can be found at seller’s on Amazon and eBay.

Lynn’s Notes:I had a talking doll when I was about 8. She was entertaining for a while, but much more fun when her record broke and she became just a doll!

Reminds me of the Muslim doll they’re selling here now. Nobody knows what it says because nobody’s brave enough to pull the string.

Everybody loves dolls:) My girlfriend is the most beautiful doll on the Galactic Plain:) She has called me her boytoy:)
