There’s not enough battery in that thing to last the 4 years we’re going to be needing it.

This country was doomed (c’mon, allow me a little hyperbole) no matter who won. Personally, I was ready for a republican, but I wasn’t ready for a Trump. (You know, the narcissistic sociopath.)

Being a European I have very little sympathy with the USA, if those were supposed to be the BEST candidates!!!!

Last word on the subject – we have had some horrible presidents and some terrific. Some were maligned at the time and their wisdom did not show forth until after their term in office and visa versa. We survived a Revolution that we should not have won if you at the facts and a Civil War that brought us together against all odds. It is our determination that is our greatest asset and why we are who we are. We may disagree at times as all families do, but by working together we are better for it. Our name begins with ‘United’ and that is what we should always strive for.

Exhibit A: A perfect example of the sore-headed winner and bully that got Trump supporters all labeled thugs and idiots.

You exhibit the kind of behavior guaranteed to keep people divided against each other and the country in chaos. You are the next generation of the “America, Love it Or Leave It” crowd.

No thanks, we’re staying here to fight to save our democracy. The again we survived the shrub so a bloated, failed businessman should be no problem. For all the years Trump lived and worked in NY/NJ, he didn’t carry those states, there’s a reason for that.

Now, for something completely different (from the Monty Python TV series). If you’re going to drive on roads another generation paid for (partly with my taxes and a lot of borrowed money), then perhaps some thankfulness is appropriate for what we do have, not what someone else thinks we should have. Don’t take a knee, stand proud and know we all want things to be better. Life’s a bitch then you die (hopefully not before you pay your taxes).

Let’s all pool our money and see if we can buy Trump International in Toronto, since like most of Trump’s businesses it’s in bankruptcy.
